Rope workout:

Warm-up: untangling the rope!

Standing hand over hand pulls
running rope out
overhead pulls
running rope out backwards
foreward pushing rope in, switch arms half-way
running rope out
giant 2-man jumprope swings

Max reps single set pullups, pushups, dips.
EVERYONE SET A NEW PERSONAL BEST ON ALL THREE!!!
